Overview
The Vitalograph electronic PEF/FEV1 Diary is a pocket size unit for accurate, regular lung function and Diary answers at home.
As well as PEF it incorporates FEV1 for much more sensitive monitoring of airflow obstruction.
FEV1 is becoming increasingly important in the management of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
The Diary is very simple to use, yet includes sophisticated features such as alarms, daylight saving recognition, time windows where recording can only occur once, and exacerbation alerts base on PEF, symptoms and medication usage.
