National quality assurance guidelines recommend that all measuring equipment is routinely maintained, as recommended by the manufacturer, and stipulate that certificates of calibration are traceable to National Standards. As part of your annual PPM service you will receive a full service report and calibration certificate Further assurance of full service traceability is provided through the service records kept on our database.

What does the PPM Service Cover?

The Vitalograph Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Service covers:

• - A full annual service, according to the manufacturer's recommendations, including multi-point functional and diagnostic checks
• - Free replacement of all parts including flow heads (and circuit boards, if in warranty)
• - Free software and firmware upgrades (excluding Spirotrac)
• - Full service report and calibration certificate
• - Free precision syringe accuracy check with certification
• - Full service traceability through the records kept on our database
• - Highly trained technicians using state-of-the-art equipment
• - Nationwide service
• - Lower cost return to base option

As part of this service we will clean and inspect your equipment, performing checks for safety, functionality and accuracy. Calibration, including your precision syringe, if available, will be traceably certified. We will also replace service kit components, reducing the risk of malfunction and cross infection.
