RTB in Buckingham for an economic repair, maintenance or routine annual service. We endeavour to achieve a 3-day turn-round for all returned devices. RTB can be used to dovetail with the schedule of a busy department or when a service technician may not be available to visit within the timescale desired.
The customer is responsible for protective packaging and shipping to Buckingham service facility. Therefore RTB service is only suitable for smaller instruments and systems that can be easily packaged and sent by commercial carriers. Please ship with a PO number if possible to avoid delays.
RTB is suited to difficult or multiple-fault conditions where the ability to call on full workshop facilities is beneficial and less time consuming.
Cost of repairs will be quoted on receipt of the device for approval before commencing work.
