Medisoft Equipment Service Cost

The cost is based on a percentage of the system list price when new.

The initial cost and the renewal cost will be adjusted annually with reference to the relevant to the age of the system. This cost of annual technical support and service is in the range 8% (Premier) or 12% (Plus) after the initial manufacturers' warranty year.

Equipment over 5 years old may not be serviceable.

*The initial cost and the renewal cost of either contract will be adjusted annually with reference to the RPI relevant to the age of the system. For systems over 10 years old this is increased to 14%.

Exclusions

  1. Damage due to misuse or through inadequate training
  2. User replaceable items, such as accessories and consumables
  3. Computers, networking, printers, etc. hardware and non-Medisoft software
  4. Specific components and modules over 5 years old
