When you take out a Vitalograph Planned Preventive Maintenance Contract you are automatically covered by our FREE 5 year parts and labour warranty. Under the terms of the warranty any failure on your Vitalograph device* will be repaired free of charge at our Buckingham service centre, up to 5 years from date of purchase and a full report will be provided on any repairs made to your equipment. Servicing not strictly conforming to the manufacturer's recommendations, or carried out by anyone other than Vitalograph technicians, will void this warranty.
Test & Calibration Check Services do not qualify a device for this 5-year warranty.
* Excepting accidental / transit damage or inappropriate use of the device.
To qualify for the Vitalograph 5 Year FREE Parts and Labour Warranty your device must be serviced each year after its first year of life by a Vitalograph technician. If you purchase all four annual services in advance we will guarantee your service prices at their current rate, giving protection against inflation. Additionally, on disposal of the device, we can recycle it and offer you a good trade-in discount.
